Purchase Terms – Order and Design Approval
For personal and custom-made products, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted details are correct, such as names, text, measurements, colours, designs and logos.
The customer can review and approve the design before production. Production begins after approval and payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Changes made after production has started may involve additional costs.
Prices and payment
The price is stated in the quotation and may depend on the product, material, size and quantity.
For custom-made products, 30% of the total amount is invoiced in advance. Production begins once the advance invoice has been paid and the design has been approved.
The remaining 70% is invoiced as agreed. A separate invoice is issued for each payment.
Any shipping costs, customs duties or local taxes outside Sweden are paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Custom-made products
Products made according to the customer’s wishes or with a clear personal design are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.
This includes products with a personal name, text, logo, specific measurements, colours or customised design.
Right of withdrawal and cancellation
For non-customised products, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to distance purchases where required by applicable law.
Custom-made and personalised products are normally not eligible for withdrawal.
Even when the right of withdrawal does not apply, the customer may cancel an order before delivery. The customer may then be required to cover the costs of materials, work already completed and other costs resulting from the cancellation.
Delivery
The estimated delivery time is stated at the time of ordering or in the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, workload and shipping company.
The customer is responsible for providing correct name, address and delivery details.
For deliveries outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, import fees and local taxes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Complaints
The customer may complain about an original defect in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
A complaint may apply if the product is damaged, incorrectly manufactured or does not correspond to the approved design.
A complaint does not cover errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Materials and natural variations
Wood and other natural materials may vary in colour, structure, grain and appearance. Minor natural variations are part of the character of the material and do not normally constitute a production defect.
Logos, images and customer materials
The customer is responsible for having the right to use any logos, images, texts and other materials submitted to Dusan Foxy Stil.
Customer materials are used only to process the request and manufacture the ordered product, unless otherwise agreed separately.
